Shipping Cost
At TX Used Car Parts, shipping is free globally on all orders, regardless of component, with no exceptions.
Delivery Timeline
Orders for parts are created specifically for you and usually ship within 8 business days. However, there may be a delay of up to 14 business days for shipping.
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time: After processing, orders are expected to arrive within 3-6 business days,
During this time, we carefully inspect each used car part to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
Once dispatched, you can expect your items to be delivered to your doorstep in 3-6 business days.
Worldwide Shipping
we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Locations
We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that delivery times to these regions may vary slightly. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Courier Service
To provide our customers with a premium delivery service, all shipments are made through express courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, and others. We have the discretion to select the courier that best facilitates a prompt and efficient delivery of the product to you.
APO/PO Box Addresses
For the protection and peace of mind of our customers, we do not offer delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Duty
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges. Before making a purchase, please consult your local customs office to determine the cost.
Complimentary Items
Orders with more than 10 items do not come with complimentary items as standard. However, exceptions can be made with approval from our customer support team.
Other Policies
Once payment is received, the customer will receive an email confirming the order.
The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment using the provided tracking number and following up with the courier company if necessary. In case the order is held by the courier or delivery is attempted but the customer is not present, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier. To avoid any issues, it’s recommended to regularly check the tracking information. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be destroyed by the courier, for which we won’t be held responsible.
To save time and money, multiple orders shipped to the same address may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion, unless otherwise instructed. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be rescheduled to a different address and the customer should contact the courier company for resolution.
